Well - after quite the wait - the second book 'The Death of Violence' has been officially launched.

Currently, only the Kindle e-book will be available, but very soon the paperback and the hardcover will also be available. If you just cannot wait, e-mail me and I have a limited supply of copies on order, and should have these within the next week. Paperback price will be $29.99 and Hardcover $42.99

Once that is done, the book will go 'live' in 14 countries - Including USA, UK, India and Europe.
